Immediate Proair Review 2025: Scam Trading Platform?

March 2, 2025 by Stephan Lindburg | Fact Checked

Last Updated on March 5, 2025 by Stephan Lindburg

Immediate Proair is a shady new get-rich-quick scheme professing to be a “highly accurate” cryptocurrency trading robot. This so-called “auto-trader” claims to use artificial technology to prioritize and streamline sequencing protocols related to buy and sell orders. Immediate Proair makes use of fake celebrity endorsements in order to funnel newly-registered customers to a shady network of fraudulent websites.

Initially, customers are permitted to invest small amounts. However, this policy changes very quickly and unwitting victims are instructed to deposit substantial amounts of money. In many cases these amounts end up being much more than these customers can afford to lose. We’ve heard that in some cases people ended up losing their life savings and some victims even had to refinance their houses.

Factoid: Immediate Proair is also promoted as Immediate Proair 800, Immediate Proair X1, Immediate Proair AI,  Immediate Proair 1a, Immediate Proair 360, Immediate Proair 2000, Immediate Proair 5.0, Immediate Proair 2.0, as well as other versions.

As is the case in similar circumstances, the people who are responsible for orchestrating this hoax are affiliate networks and media agencies. These networks joined forces with unlicensed CFD brokers who are actually the ones bankrolling this entire operation. Similar to a travel agent that reserves a hotel room or flight and receives commission, so do the affiliates.

When we enrolled for this program the broker that was assigned to us was named “Coin Digital Capital”. The person who called us on the phone on behalf of this broker was named Alex Albertsson. Alex was extremely upbeat and enthusiastic about getting us to invest additional sums of money. But when we refused to top up our account he started to become agitated and excessively pushy.

That’s when we decided to check Coin Digital Capital and found out that it is an unlicensed entity that operates in the shadows of the law. Our staff was able to trace their location to an apartment in Sofia Bulgaria. Bulgaria is a well-known legal jurisdiction that’s used by tax outlaws and embezzlers to launder money. Moreover, we were not able to identify the ownership status, financial statements, filing history, name of directors, or even find a working phone number.

So if you have your mind set on trying out the Immediate Proair scam trading app we recommend you reconsider. Our research staff tested this fraudulent trading app and ended up losing the initial deposit very quickly. We will provide all the required explanations regarding our experience in our detailed Immediate Proair review and reveal what prompted our conclusions.

Official Immediate Proair Website, Login Page and Members Area: We were able to track down 6 (Six) websites. They all claim to be the “official app”, and they are all equally worthless.

Immediate Proair is a heavily promoted cryptocurrency investment scheme. The scheme is advertised to the public as an automated trading robot that uses AI technology which powers the platform. In reality, there is no technology and no automation scripts which are utilized to execute trades. The robot is fake and designed to defraud investors and uninformed opportunity seekers.

Proof Of Scam

If you take a look at the image below, you will see one of the Immediate Proair variant websites. Please focus on the color palette, chart, registration form, menus, and fonts.

Immediate Proair Website

Now here we gave the same exact website, with one exception. The logo has been switched! You can even see the content has remained the same since the scammers are either too lazy or inept to revise it.

Immediate Proair: Chain Scam

Something that keeps shocking us despite the fact that we have been exposing scams for over 5 years now.

Immediate Proair Fake Testimonials

This is one of the fake testimonial pages we noticed when conducting our investigation. If you check you will see that this AI-generated image is not a real person.

Immediate Proair Fake Testimonials

Additionally, they are saying the app has “exceeded all expectations” and made his trading experience “profitable”. Well, if that’s not excessive hype and inflated use of hyperboles I don’t know what is.

Immediate Proair Fake News

Our researchers spotted multiple fake news campaigns trending online. This one is featuring French President of France Emmanuel Macron and Cyril Hanouna, a well-known French radio presenter. In the fake endorsement it is claimed that both individuals are using Immediate Proair to generate massive amounts of money.

Immediate Proair Fake News

These types of exaggerations and overstatements are very commonly associated with make-money scheme. We were also able to find a fake news article featuring Sir Keir Starmer and Prince William making similar claims.

Fake Immediate Proair Reviews

We noticed at least 4 fake Immediate Proair reviews. The vast majority of these reviews are related in one form on another to a dirty digital marketing agency named “Finixio”. Our staff has exposed this dirty London-based company several times, but this does not deter them in any way. If you are interested in finding out more about these scammers feel free to read about it here.

Immediate Proair Regulator Warning

Regulation plays a critical role in CFD trading, ensuring that the market operates fairly, transparently, and safely for any trader. Operating legally is the cornerstone of a secure and fair CFD trading environment. By ensuring trader protection, broker accountability, and market transparency, regulation reduces risks and enhances the credibility of CFD markets. Traders should always prioritize dealing with regulated brokers and understand the specific rules governing CFDs in their jurisdiction.

Immediate Proair Regulator Warning

After a quick check it has come to our attention that the Immediate Proair scam has been blacklisted by the CNMV in Spain. We have also seen this scheme on the ConSob (Italy) and FSMA (Belgium) warning lists.

Try to understand something. Whenever you have a scheme, product, or service that is clearly blacklisted by so many regulatory authorities it means that a lot of people complained. It’s not enough to have someone merely tick a box or write a negative experience. In order to be blacklisted by these agencies documented proof of scam has to be provided.

This is a time-consuming process since people who complain have to fill out forms and find records and financial statements proving their claims. So, if people actually took the time to go through all of this process, it’s fair to say they are extremely irate or frustrated.

What Is Immediate Proair, Who Are The People Behind It, And How Does It Work?

As previously stated in our Immediate Proair review, this so-called trading platform just another get-rich-quick scheme. It’s designed to ride positive crypto sentiment and dupe victims into investing under false pretenses. The people who are managing this scam are affiliate networks and media agencies. The idea is to create a positive buzz around a concept, and then recruit new registrants who in turn end up depositing money with CFD brokers.

Immediate Proair Review: When Professional Scammers Alter Perceptions

It’s not every day we have a chance encounter with such despicable scheme. When we first got wind of this fraudulent investment platform it seemed that complaints were especially alarming. After going through the testing process we quickly understood the reason for having so many grievances.

One of the first red flags we spotted was a suspicious website warning by McAfee WebAdvisor. Specifically, the warning mentioned POPs or potentially unwanted programs. It means that when you surf the Immediate Proair website, you have .exe files being downloaded on your computer or device. It can also mean that there is spyware or malware that can infect your browser.

Immediate Proair: Flagged By McAfee WebAdvisor

There are also additional viruses and Trojan Horses that can wreak havoc on your PC or cell phone. But that is just one reason we flagged this website.

Our staff was also subjected to a series of phone calls from different geographical locations. The common denominator between all of the people who were making the calls has to do with the fact that they did their utmost to get us to invest additional funds. Once that didn’t work we started getting tossed around from one sales agent to another.

At some point we started receiving calls and spam emails for all kind of services we never signed up for. For example, someone from an online Poker website called us and offered to give us a free bonus. We also received a call regarding a possible investment in a business opportunity. The list goes on and today we know what a huge mistake it was to divulge our private phone numbers.

Our $250 Deposit Test

Right after making the initial deposit our research staff started to panic. This all started when we were asked to share our screen after downloading the Team Viewer software. When we refused to do it this pack of thieves, cheaters, and con artists made a nuisance of themselves by resorting to high-intensity pressure tactics.

These incompetent prats were not willing to accept “no” or “not interested” as an answer. Instead, we were bombarded with phone calls originating from different area codes. We started blocking the number and marking it as spam on our cellphone. Mistakenly, we answered one call from Rufus De Gruit who started making all kinds of fabricated claims about how crypto trading can be so lucrative.

After a certain amount of time has passed Alex, Rufus (alias) and all their buddies from Coin Digital Capital began to message us regarding other trading systems, fake luxury watches, gambling systems, and even adult products. Since our trust level with this CFDs broker was non-existent we refused to listen about anything they had to offer us and moved on.

Bid and Ask In CFD Trading

In CFD (Contract for Difference) trading, bid and ask prices are critical concepts representing the two sides of a market quote. Here’s what they mean:

Bid Price: The bid price is the price at which a trader can sell a CFD. It is the highest price that a buyer is willing to pay for the asset at that moment. For example, if the bid price for a stock CFD is $50, a trader can sell their position at $50.

Ask Price: The ask price is the price at which a trader can buy a CFD. It is the lowest price at which a seller is willing to sell the asset at that moment. For instance, if the ask price for a stock CFD is $51, a trader can buy the position at $51.

Spread: The spread is the difference between the bid and ask prices. It represents the cost of entering a trade and is often how brokers make their profit. For example, if the bid price is $50 and the ask price is $51, the spread is $1.

Bid and ask prices fluctuate based on market demand, supply, and volatility. Lower spreads are generally better for traders as they reduce transaction costs. In CFD trading, traders aim to profit from price movements without owning the underlying asset, and understanding bid and ask prices is crucial for timing entries and exits.

What Are Futures Contracts?

Futures contracts in CFD (Contract for Difference) trading refer to derivative instruments that allow traders to speculate on the future price movements of assets without owning the underlying asset. All forms of futures contracts are a type of financial derivative that represents an agreement to buy or sell an asset at a predetermined price on a specified future date.

While CFD trading and futures contracts are separate financial instruments, they are closely related because CFDs often allow traders to speculate on the price movements of futures contracts. In CFD trading, futures contracts are replicated as CFDs, allowing traders to speculate on price changes of the underlying futures contract.

So how do futures contracts really work in CFD trading? The underlying asset is key. Futures CFDs are based on the price of underlying futures contracts (e.g., commodities, indices, or currencies).

There is no physical delivery: Unlike traditional futures contracts, trading CFDs on futures doesn’t involve actual delivery of the asset. Instead, it’s purely a speculative transaction. Expiration times are also important. Futures contracts have a fixed expiration date. When trading CFDs on futures, traders must be aware of the expiration date, as their position may be closed automatically upon expiration or rolled over to a new contract.

CFDs on futures are traded with leverage, allowing traders to control larger positions with a smaller amount of capital. However, this increases both potential profits and risks.  The price of the CFD mirrors the price of the underlying futures contract, including adjustments for costs like interest or dividends.

What Other Sites Are Saying

We did some searching for Immediate Proair reviews and as we have previously stated there are multiple websites making some fake claims. Here are just a few excerpts taken from these sites:

  • This automated trading app “serves as a legitimate crypto trading aid” for new or experienced investors.
  • Here’s a “promising solution” for anyone who wants to get started with “cryptocurrency trading with minimal effort”.
  • A trading app that offers a high win rate of approximately 90%, indicating a high level of efficiency in its trading strategies.
  • Leading the way in trading bot innovation, Immediate Proair stands out with its dual technological advantages.

There are additional websites making similar claims, but we believe this is enough to get our message across.

Strategies and Backtesting

Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) involves using strategies and backtesting to enhance profitability and manage risk effectively. Some of these strategies include (but are not restricted to) trend following, range trading, scalping, swing trading, hedging, and momentum trading.

Effective Backtesting requires you ensure data quality. So using clean and accurate historical data is critical. It’s also smart to incorporate transaction costs by factoring in spreads, commissions, and slippage. Sufficient sample size is also something that is usually required in order to test the strategy across various market conditions. Finally, avoid overfitting by optimizing strategies solely for past data.

The Immediate Proair scam trading app does not offer access to even the most basic strategies or allow back-testing.

Pros and Cons

Our staff compiled a short list of benefits versus potential risks associated with Immediate Proair. It’s quite plain to see that while there are many cons, there are no pros on the list.

ProsCons

  • No Pros!

  • Fake News

  • Illegal

  • Losing App

This means you can only lose money if you choose to invest.

Confidentiality and Personal Information

Confidentiality and the protection of personal information in CFD trading are critical for ensuring trust between traders and brokers. It is essential to safeguard personal data and financial information due to the sensitive nature of CFD trading. Confidentiality and personal information protection in CFD trading are non-negotiable for brokers and traders.

A combination of robust cybersecurity measures, regulatory compliance, and informed trader practices ensures that sensitive data remains secure. Always verify a broker’s privacy policy and regulatory status to trade with confidence.

Leverage

Leverage is a key feature in CFD (Contracts for Difference) trading that allows traders to control larger positions with a smaller amount of capital. While leverage can amplify potential profits, it also significantly increases the risk of losses, making it a less-than desirable option.

  • Leverage Ratio: Expressed as a ratio like 10:1, 20:1, or 30:1. For instance, a 10:1 leverage means that for every $1 of your own capital, you can control a position worth $10.
  • Margin: The percentage of the trade’s total value that a trader needs to deposit to open a leveraged position. For example, a leverage of 10:1 requires a margin of 10%.

So if the usual leverage offered by regulated retail Forex brokers stands at 10:1, Immediate Proair scam brokers offer up to 100:1. If you choose to take this offer you are basically taking out a loan, and in most cases traders end up losing the loan. This is extremely dangerous and one of the reasons new traders end up losing much more than they can afford to.

Compatibility With Crypto Exchanges

The main difference between CFD brokers and crypto exchanges lies in how they facilitate trading and the instruments they offer. As opposed to actual crypto exchanges where you own the digital currency, with brokers you merely speculate on the contract expiration outcome. That is the main difference, and Immediate Proair is not compatible with any of the main exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken. This is despite what other review websites may try to tell you.

Cashier (Deposits And Withdrawals)

New members wishing to fund their trading accounts will need to undergo a very simple onboarding process. This includes a phone verification and some questions regarding monthly income. Once this is confirmed users will usually be referred to the cashier section of the software and advised to deposit using cryptocurrencies or credit cards. Once that is done the amount should be reflected in the balance.

However, if you try cashing out you will encounter an insurmountable mountain of obstacles designed to frustrate and discourage new members from taking money out. This is done by design and most complaints are submitted because of inability to withdraw existing funds. Immediate Proair is no different in that sense. It’s designed to accept funds, not release them.

Trustpilot, Reddit, Social Networks, and Forums

We have already seen fake profiles on Trustpilot and a company that has verified the ownership of one of the Immediate Proair scam websites. Fake testimonials on review platforms or forums are considered to be the most misleading form of false advertising. If you see or read a review that sounds too good to be true, please send us the link and we shall try to remove it.

Bonuses, Free Gifts, and Comps

CFD brokers often use bonuses and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones. These bonuses vary widely in structure and value, but they generally aim to incentivize trading activity. There are all types of bonuses, like a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback or rebate programs, refer a friend bonus, and loyalty rewards.

Whatever brokers offer you make sure to refrain from accepting it since there are strings attached. Bonuses are often “non-withdrawable” and can only be used for trading. Other times there is a “rollover” requirement which means that any bonus must be traded a certain number of times in order to qualify for cashing out. Make sure to ask the difficult questions and read the fine print!

I invested what I thought was a smart sum into a CFD trading platform named Immediate Proair. It promised cutting‐edge tools and guaranteed high returns. At first, everything looked legitimate—the user interface was slick and the customer support seemed friendly. But things quickly went south. I placed a few trades and watched my account balance dip in ways I couldn’t explain. When I tried to withdraw some profits, I was bombarded with excuses: sudden extra ‘verification procedures’ and endless delays. Every time I called or emailed, I got vague, technical replies that made no sense. It felt like they were using fancy language to hide their manipulation, leaving me with a bitter taste of betrayal and a significant financial loss. I ended up losing over €28,000 and now it seems I will have to sell my car and take out loans just to cover my deficits. Horrible experience!

Hi Sergio. The verification procedures are just used to delay and protract the withdrawal process. This is very typical of scammers. Sorry you had to lose so much to understand how these scammers operate. S.

When I first signed up with this Immediate Proair, I was excited about the chance to grow my savings through CFD trading. I trusted the platform’s promises, but soon discovered that transparency was just a facade. I remember the day I decided to withdraw my earnings—what should have been a celebratory moment turned into a nightmare. The support team demanded documents I’d never been told about during registration and then kept pushing back the withdrawal process with excuses that only grew more absurd. I felt duped and powerless, as if every word they used was designed to confuse me and buy time while they quietly siphoned my money. It was a harsh lesson in reading the fine print and questioning too-good-to-be-true promises. The end result – a miserable £13,000 loss and a truly battered marriage. I’ll have to work overtime for at least 6 months now just to cover my debts.

Hi Dominic. £13,000 is a lot of money, but if you have a steady job you should be able to get through this. Thanks, S

I poured my last savings into Immediate Proair which, on paper, looked reputable and professional. In reality, it was a trap. Every trade I made seemed preordained to result in a loss—the platform’s glitches and bizarre error messages were too consistent to be mere technical issues. I reached out for help, and all I got were canned responses that did nothing to explain why the system appeared rigged against me. The language in their communications was evasive, demeaning, and dismissive, leaving me feeling manipulated by experts who knew exactly how to exploit my lack of experience. By the end, I had lost nearly £8,000, and all that remained was the feeling of being deceived by an institution that cared more about its bottom line than my financial well-being.

Hi Even, sounds rough. I’m sure you will get through this. Thanks, S
